Care & Safety Instructions
To preserve your personalised glassware, hand wash gently using lukewarm water and a mild washing-up liquid. Do not soak. Do not use hot or boiling water, and avoid sudden temperature changes, as these may weaken the adhesive, damage the handmade decorations or cause thermal shock to the glass.
Use only a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Do not scrub, scratch or apply pressure to the vinyl, crystals, pearls, bows or other decorated areas. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and scouring pads.
Allow the glass to air dry or gently pat dry with a soft cloth. Do not pull, twist or pick at any decorative elements.
Not suitable for the dishwasher, microwave, oven or freezer. Do not use for hot drinks or expose the glass to direct heat.
Do not use with dry ice. Extreme cold may cause thermal shock and could damage, crack or break the glass. Dry ice can also cause serious cold burns and must never be touched with bare hands or swallowed.
Before each use, inspect the glass for cracks, chips or loose decorative elements. Do not use if damaged.
Please note: As each glass is individually decorated by hand, slight variations in the placement of embellishments may occur. Small decorative elements may loosen over time if the care instructions are not followed.
